Maria Leos

Maria R. Leos of Sabinal passed away on March 7, 2019 in Uvalde Memorial Hospital at the age of 86. She was born on September 15, 1932 in D'Hanis to Sapopa (Porter) and Jacinto Rodriguez. She is survived by two sons, Pete Leos, Jr. and wife, Esmeralda of San Antonio, and Jorge Leos and wife, Evelyn of Canada; two daughters, Eva Leos Cadena and husband, Joe, and Gloria Davis, all of Sabinal; six sisters; twelve grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Pedro Leos, Sr., two brothers and one sister. Funeral mass will be held on Sunday, March 10, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church with burial to follow in Sabinal Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joe Davis, Ernest Servantes, Javier Villasana, Oscar Moncada, Ivan Leos, and George Rodriguez.
