Leonor Martinez

Leonor Martinez of Austin, formerly of Sabinal passed away on February 23, 2021 at the age of 64. She was born on January 18, 1957 in San Luis Rio Colorado, Mexico to Fernando Felix and Esperanza Salas.

She is survived by her daughters, Sandra Martinez and husband, Jerry Rodriguez and Cecilia Martinez all of Austin; sons, Alonzo Martinez Jr. and wife, Jeniva of San Antonio and Alfonso Martinez of Sabinal; sister, Matilde Felix De Valenzuela and husband, Guadencio  of Yuma, Arizona;  brothers, Lupe Felix of Parker, Arizona and Oscar Felix of Piedras Negras, Mexico; grandchildren, Jerry Rodriguez Jr. of Austin, Nicholas Rodriguez of Austin, Damian Martinez of San Antonio and Elijah Martinez of San Antonio.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Alonzo Martinez; and brothers, Ramon Felix and Fernando Felix.

Visitation will begin on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. followed by a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary in Sabinal.

Cremation is under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
