Javier Marin Esparza of Uvalde, Texas passed away on February 19, 2021 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 58. He was born on August 3, 1962 in Uvalde, Texas to Josefa (Marin) and Leandro Esparza.
He is preceded in death by his brothers, Gregorio, Gerardo, and Gilbert Esparza.
He is survived his son; Javier M. Esparza, Jr. of Uvalde, Texas; parents, Josefa (Marin) and Leandro Esparza of Uvalde, Texas; sister, Leticia E. Risa and husband, Rosemberg of Uvalde, Texas; sister-in-laws, Maria Elena Esparza of McAllen, Texas and Maria G. Esparza of Uvalde, Texas; brothers; Leandro Esparza Jr. of San Antonio, Texas and Jamie M. Esparza and wife Cynthia of Austin, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 12:00 PM followed by a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM.
Funeral Mass will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Friday, February 26, 2021 at 10:00 AM with interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
