George Vernor

George Bernard Vernor of Brackettville passed away on August 8, 2020 at The Veranda Assisted Living in Uvalde at the age of 80.  He was born on November 1, 1939 in San Antonio to George Beall Vernor and Vivian Pearl Pearson.
He is survived by his son, Billy Zack Vernor and wife, Jaime of Missouri City, Texas; sister, Virginia Vernor Gleason and Etta Marie Vernor Pannell Harrison both of Uvalde; 4 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Madeline Joyce Vernor Marlin.

Cremation is under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
