Mrs. Estolia Surita Contreras, 86 of Snyder, TX died on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 in Snyder.

Mrs. Estolia Contreras was born on November 9, 1933 in Sabinal, TX   to Tanislado and Santos (Perez) Surita. She married Santos Contreras on June 10, 1953 in Sabinal, TX.

She enjoyed many hobbies such as cooking, canning, antiques, coin collecting and flowers.

She is survived by her husband, Santos Contreras of Snyder, TX; 2 daughters, Maria Gloria McMinn of San Antonio, TX and Hilda Smith of San Marcos, TX; son, Andres Contreras and wife Alexandria, Birmingham, MI; 1 Brother, Juan Surita of San Saba, TX, 1 grandson, Eric Dyer, of San Antonio, TX.

A rosary will be held for Mrs. Contreras on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at Bell Cypert Seale Funeral Home Chapel in Snyder, Texas at 6:00 PM with Deacon John Bane officiating.

A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, in Sabinal, Texas.  Interment will follow St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
