Deloise (Sis) Moffett Reagan passed from this life July 5, 2021, in Uvalde. She was born in 1932 to Ester and Lois Kelly Moffett in her grandparent’s (Arthur and Lillie Kelly) house, in Rio Frio Texas. Sis (Nana to her grandchildren) loved to entertain, tell stories, garden, shop with friends and help with church showers, weddings and parties. She provided the most wonderful Christmases, Easters, and other holidays. She had a kind word and a smile for everyone and was the light of her family.
Deloise and Rodney farmed in the Leakey, Knippa and Uvalde areas over 60 years/ their whole lives. They were long-time members of the Church of Christ.

Sis is survived by her loving husband Rodney Reagan; sons, Scott Rodney Reagan and wife Laurie Lange Reagan and Kelly Paul Reagan and wife Tammy Nelson Reagan all of Leakey, Texas; grandchildren William Black Reagan and wife Melissa of Georgetown, Texas; Jenny Lynn Herzig and husband Brian of San Antonio, Texas; Brian Cooper Reagan of Corpus Christi, Texas and Matthew Paul Reagan of Austin, Texas;  three nieces, two nephews, sister-in-law Joan Moffett and numerous other relatives and friends.
