Charles Kirk Wootton of Uvalde passed away on December 13, 2019 in Uvalde at the age of 87. He was born on March 21, 1932 in Round Rock, Texas to Ben Wootton and Auri Marie Parker.
He is survived by his daughters, Diane Wootton and fiancé, Lee Arredondo, Brookii Wootton of Dallas and Kayanndii Russell and husband, Charles of San Antonio; sisters, Peggy Sullivan of Tyler and Marjorie Anderson of Kerrville; 4 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Leona Agnes Farley; brothers, David Wootton and Bobby Wootton; and brother in law, Don Anderson.
Visitation will begin on Monday at 5:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. Interment will follow at Sabinal Cemetery.
