Betty Sansom

Betty Sansom of Uvalde passed away on June 6, 2019 at her residence at the age of 86.  She was born on December 12, 1932 in Del Rio to Lena (Dodson) and Lee Billings.  She is survived by two sons, David Sansom and wife, Mary, and Tony Billings, all of Uvalde; two daughters, Debbie Michalek of Port O'Connor and Melody Williams and husband, Mike of Uvalde; sister, Doris Clark of Fredericksburg; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George Sansom; brothers, Frank David Billings, M.C. Billings, Lee Billings, Jr.; and sister, Lucille Van Cleave.  Cremation was under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
