Bunny Kirkpatrick

Yvonne (Bunny) Lorraine Kirkpatrick was born on April 1, 1957, in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, and passed away on May 23, 2024, in Uvalde, Texas.

She was the only child of Robert E. and Betty Rose “Betty-Bob” Lundgren Heiss. Bunny married Lloyd Dee Kirkpatrick on June 6, 1992, in Uvalde, Texas.

She graduated high school in Van Buren, Arkansas. She furthered her education by completing her Bachelor of History degree from UTSA. She owned and operated a print shop here in Uvalde. Later, she became a licensed Realtor and worked for Starr Realty. Her greatest accomplishment though was becoming a wife to Dee and mom to her three sons; Jesse, Ty, and Drew. 

Bunny was a friend to everyone and would go out of her way to help a friend in need.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband Dee, her three sons, and their families: Jesse White, Ty, and wife Cassidy Story Kirkpatrick and son, Graham Davlin Kirkpatrick, Drew Kirkpatrick, and Ali Morgan Saldivar. Sister-in-law Ann Whitford and niece Lari. And a host of friends and relatives in Texas and Arkansas.

Pallbearers are Tracy King, Otto Arnim, Kenneth Mueller, Brad Wagner, Rick Taylor, and Wayne Matthews.

We, the family, want to extend thanks to everyone who has reached out in our time of need. Everyone is invited to the reception at La Paloma immediately following the graveside service.
