Xander Rene Romero of Uvalde was born and passed away on October 29, 2015 at Uvalde Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his mother, Brittany Romero; maternal grandparents, Rene and Julie Romero; maternal great grandparents, Abelardo and Esperanza Romero and maternal great grandmother, Carmen Gonzales all of Uvalde and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A rosary will be held on Friday, October 30, 2015 at 7:00 pm at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
