William "Bill" Howard Gardner, Jr., 63, of Oaxaca, Mexico, formerly of Uvalde, died on December 7, 2014 in Houston. He was born on May 28, 1951 in San Antonio to Zelma Thomas Gardner and W.H. "Bill" Gardner, Sr. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. The immediate family requests that relatives and friends gather to celebrate Bill's life, reminiscence, and share stories.
