Mr. Werner Edward Meyer of Knippa passed away May 7, 2007 in San Antonio at the age of 75. He was born May 7, 1932 in Knippa, Tx. to Alvin F. Annie Maria Meyer.
He is survived by his companion of 10 years, Mary Elizabeth Bruton of Knippa; daughter, Mlissa Gravelle husband, Michael of Santa Barbara, California; brothers, Walter Meyer wife, Helen of Plano, Tx.; Ray Meyer wife, Beverly of Castroville; grandchild, Mitchell Gravelle of Santa Barbara, California; Aunt, Selma Dicke of Uvalde; Uncles, Lonnie Meyer of Knippa; Johnny Langner wife, Pauline of Uvalde; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Services will be held Friday, May 11, 2007 at Rushing-Estes-Knowles chapel in Uvalde at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow in Knippa Cemetery. Rev. Donald Olson will officiate.
Arrangements are by Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
