Vernon Dale Bounds of Utopia passed away on August 10, 2009 at his residence at the age of 51. He was born on October 6, 1957 in Uvalde, Texas to Melvin and Barbara Bounds. He is survived by two daughters; Ashley Long and husband, James of Utopia, Texas; and Kindra Bounds of Sonora, Texas; one sister; Pam Calvin of Miller, Missouri; one brother; Rick Bounds of Sonora, Texas; two grandchildren; Alexis Long and Brayden Long; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at 10:00 AM at Waresville Cemetery.
