Trinidad Cano Belman

Trinidad Cano Belman, 93, of Uvalde passed away on July 27, 2023, at Amistad Nursing Home in Uvalde.

She was born on February 17, 1930, in Uvalde to Petra (Ortega) and Miguel Cano.

She married Pedro Belman on April 23, 1960, in Uvalde.

She is survived by two daughters, Esmeralda Gonzales and husband, Andy of Uvalde and Sulema Luna and husband, Art of Houston; four sons, Armando Belman and wife, Cheryl of San Antonio, Pete Belman and daughter in law, Margot Belman, Joe Belman all of Uvalde and Roy Belman and wife, Tammy of Midland; 17 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

She is preceded in death by her husband, Pedro Belman; daughter, Lisa Belman; parents Miguel and Petra Cano; six brothers, Miguel Cano, Raul Cano, Rogelio Cano, Luis Cano, Rodolfo Cano and Leopoldo Cano.

A memorial service will be held September 22, 2023 at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
