Susie Flores

Susie D. Flores of Uvalde, passed away on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, in Hondo at the age of 74.

Susie was born on July 8, 1946, in Sabinal to David and Antonia (Salinas) Davis.

She is survived by daughter, Regina Edwards and husband Chris of Fairbanks, Alaska; son, Leo Flores and wife Yesenia of Brackettville; two brothers, Zenon Davis of Sabinal and John Davis of San Antonio; six grandchildren, Christopher Flores, Elizabeth Flores, Shane Flores, Robyn Gallardo, Mathew Flores and Katee Flores; four great grandchildren, Tiffany Flores, Mia Gallardo, Tommy Gallardo and Spencer Flores; numerous nieces and nephews.

Susie is preceded in death by her husband Leocadio B. Flores Jr., three sisters, America Jalomo, Telemito Renteria and Maggie Renteria: two brothers, Manuel Davis and Dave Davis.

Visitation for Susie will be on Sunday, July 11, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.

Cremation under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
