Shanee Nicole Cassie Martinez of Uvalde passed away on November 8, 2013 at Uvalde Memorial Hospital at the age of 6. She was born on May 23, 2007 in Abilene, Texas to Roberto Martinez and Ida Martinez. She is survived by her mother of Uvalde father of Stamford sisters, Teary Martinez, Khloe Martinez both of Uvalde and Hopey Mendoza of Florida brothers, Hector Jose Hernandez, Robert Martinez both of Uvalde and Michael Martinez of Stamford. She was preceded by her grandparents. A vigil will be held on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ricky Martinez Jr., Juan Daniel Mirelez, Jordan Rangel and Hector Hernandez.
