Robert Kight

Robert Dale Kight of Uvalde, Texas passed away on February 8, 2022, at Uvalde Memorial Hospital at the age of 76.  He was born on October 1, 1945, in Beaumont, Texas to John Lewis and Teresa (Dugas) Kight.

He married America Elena Fernandez on June 25, 2005 in Uvalde, Texas.

He is survived by his wife of 16 years of Uvalde; daughters, Joyce Lange and husband, Randy of Silsbee, Texas and Paula Cascajares and husband, Gustavo of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico; brother, Alvin Kight of Victoria, Texas; and 4 grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and 2 sisters, Rita Ghron and Patricia Kight.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
