Raul Gonzales

Raul C. Gonzales of Uvalde passed away on Sunday, August 8, 2021 in San Antonio Methodist Hospital at the age of 70.

He was born on August 17, 1950 in Uvalde to Francisco and Julia (Cortez) Gonzales.

Raul married Solia Torres in Uvalde.

He is survived by his wife, Solia T. Gonzales of Uvalde; daughter, Emily Gonzales of Uvalde; son, Julian T. Morales of Uvalde; three sisters, Maria Noelia Rendon, Estella Cruz and Sulema Robles all of Uvalde; four grandchildren, Justine Gonzalez, Richard Gonzalez, Priscilla Morales and J. B. Morales all of Uvalde; numerous great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation for Raul will be start on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A Prayer service will be held on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.  Funeral service will be held on Friday, August 13, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.

Cremation under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
