Ramona Cruz

Ramona Puente Cruz of Uvalde passed away October 13, 2007 in Uvalde Memorial Hospital at the age of 99.

She was born November 28, 1907 in Lampazos Nuevo Leon, Mexico to Cresencio Sabina Cruz.

She is survived by daughters, Berta Cruz De Munoz of Sabinas, Coah. Mexico; Luz Elva Aguirre of San Antonio, Tx.; Irma McDonald Rosa Gonzales, both of Uvalde, Tx.; sons, Jose Luis Cruz of Sabinas, Coah. Mexico; Hector Cruz of Brackettville, Tx.; sister, Maria Del Refugio Salazar of Laredo, Tx.; numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Herculano Cruz; brother, Federico Cruz; grandsons, Alex Guerra Jorge Antonio Munoz Cruz granddaughter, Juanita Munoz Cruz.

Funeral services will be held in Sabinas, Coah. Mexico.

Arrangements are by Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
