Nada Garrett

Nada Garrett of Utopia passed away on February 16, 2013 in Hondo Healthcare and Rehab at the age of 86. She was born on July 22, 1926 in Vanderpool to E.J. Smart, Sr. and Erin Marshall Smart. She is survived by her husband, Edward O. Bud Garrett of Utopia daughter, Rita Stout and husband, ONeil of Utopia son, Butch Garrett and Sharen of Sabinal sisterinlaw, Martha Sybert of Boerne four grandchildren, Jim Moore John Stout Jason Garrett and Janna Garrett six greatgrandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents grandson, Patrick Garrett four brothers, E.J. Smart, Jr., Joe Wilkins, Marshall Wilkins, and Wilburn Wilkins and a sister, Faye Putman. Graveside services will be held on Monday, February 18, 2013 at 2:00 PM in Waresville Cemetery, Utopia, TX. Rev. Kent Kepler will officiate. Memorial donations may be made to Utopia E.M.S. Utopia Fire Dept. or the charity of ones choice.
