Michael Hawkins of Uvalde passed away on May 16, 2013 at Stone Oak Methodist Hospital in San Antonio at the age of 64. He was born on August 13, 1948 in Hondo to David and Ethel Reitzer Hawkins. He is survived by his daughters, Jackie Felan and Misty Hawkins grandchildren, Booklyn Felan, Bailey Felan and Whitney Felan. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Michael David Hawkins Jr.. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery
