Melba Sims
October 13, 1927 — May 28, 2008
Melba Jo Sims of Uvalde passed away on May 28, 2008 in Uvalde Memorial Hospital at the age of 80. She was born on October 13, 1927 in Post, Texas to Tom and Orbie Landmon Miller. She is survived by two daughters, Lari Nelson and husband, Roger of Uvalde; and Jeana Reagan and husband, Terry of Boerne; brother, Leon Miller and wife, Joann of Lubbock; two grandchildren, Jodi Navin and husband, Patrick; and Lacy Reagan; and one great-grandchild, Brynn Navin. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, May 31st, at 10:00 AM in Hillcrest Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
