Marcelino Lozano

Mr. Marcelino Luna Lozano of Uvalde passed away February 15, 2007 at his residence in Uvalde at the age of 92.

He was born September 3, 1914 in Saltio, Mexico to Gregorio Jovita Lozano.

He is survived by daughters, Maria Lourdes Martinez Evangelina Trevino, both of Monterrey, Mexico; Elvira Garcia of Crane, Tx.; Isabel Perales of Crystal City; sons, Jose Lozano of Crystal City; Federico Lozano of Uvalde; sister, Gabriela Lozano of Mexico City; 24 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Antonia Lozano; sister, Libarada Gonzalez; son, Eliborio Lozano; brothers, Mariano Lozano Lucio Lozano.

Services will be held Monday, February 19, 2007 at the Fountain of Life Church at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Pastor Darrell R. Lee will officiate.

Arrangements are by Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
