Lillian Howard of Uvalde formerly of Cotulla passed away on Febuary 10, 2007 at Amistad Nursing Home in Uvalde, Texas at the age of 98. She is Survived by two daughters, Jo Ann Riggs and husband Teddy of Pearsall; Dorthy Nell McCarley and Husband Bobby of Uvalde; Son, Troy Howard and wife, Carol of Llano; Six grandchildren and 11 Great-grand children. A Memorial service will be held on Thursday, Febuary 15, at 11:00 A.M. at the cotulla Chruch of Christ. Interment will be in the Cotulla Cemetery.
