Laura Lee Ramirez

Laura Lee Ramirez, 42, of Uvalde, passed away on July 19, 2026, at Methodist Texsan Hospital.

She was born on September 8, 1983, in Uvalde, Texas to Rosalinda (Castro) and Jose Antonio Ramirez.

She is survived by her mother, Rosalinda Ramirez of Uvalde; two daughters, Airihanna Rodriguez of Washington, and Allyanna Ramirez of San Antonio; son, Sisto Rodriguez of Washington; three sisters, Christy Ramirez and husband, Lupe Lopez, Jr., Michelle Ramirez, and Roxanne Gonzales and Juan Sr. all of Uvalde; four brothers, Jose Antonio Ramirez, Jr. of Uvalde, Christian Ramirez, Miguel Ramirez both of Houston, and Matthew Ramos of Illinois; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father, Jose Antonio Ramirez; stepfather, Ernesto Ramos; and maternal grandparents, Jose and Alicia Castro.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 26, from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. and Monday, July 27, from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, July 28, at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Juan Gonzales, Jr., Jeremiah Gonzales, Austin Lopez, Dustin Castillo, James Ramirez, John Reyna, Jose Ramirez, and Ismael Trevino.
