Judy Kay Neely

Judy Kay Welch Neely, 75, of Sealy, Texas passed away on October 13, 2026, at Houston Methodist Hospital.

She was born April 30, 1951, in Uvalde, Texas to Mary Josephine (Hardin) and Roy Elwood Welch.

She married Jeff Neely on June 28, 2006, in Kona, Hawaii.

She is survived by her husband, Jeff Neely of Sealy; daughter, Valerie Dupas and husband, Jared of Cypress ; son, Brian Dale and wife, Kim of Houston; sister, Donna Caruso of Clifton, New Jersey; brother, Roy Elwood Welch, Jr., of Sabinal; 7 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary in Sabinal. A graveside service will follow at 2 p.m. at Vance Cemetery.
