Judith Womack

Judith Lynn Womack of Uvalde passed away on November 1, 2012 at Uvalde Memorial Hospital at the age of 67. She was born on February 3, 1945 in Pampa, Texas to Audrey Lynn and Hazel Pierce Smiley. She is survived by her daughter, Janet McCoy of Jacksonville, Texas sons, Chris Weaver of Uvalde and David Womack of Jacksonville, Texas brother, Gary Lee Smiley of Pampa, Texas grandchildren, Zack Womack, Rebecca Davidson and Ashley Weaver greatgrandchildren, Haden Davidson and Emma Weaver. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Womack, parents and brother, Steve Smiley. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 16, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at the RushingEstesKnowles Chapel.
