Juan Vera of La Pryor passed away at Amistad Nursing Home on July 28, 2011 at the age of 62. He was born on November 6, 1948 to Dionicio and Ofelia Perez Vera in Uvalde, Texas. He is survived by his father and sister Maria Duarte of La Pryor. He is preceded in death by his mother and sister Maria Del Rosario Vera. Rosary will be on Sunday July 31, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at RushingEstesKnowles Chapel. Funeral Mass will be on Monday August 1, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Josephs Catholic Church in La Pryor. Burial will follow at La Pryor Cemetery.
