Jose Lara

Mr. Jose Olivarez Lara of Jourdanton, Tx. passed away July 21, 2007 at his residence at the age of 51.

He was born October 28, 1955 in Saginaw, Michigan.

He is survived by his wife, Maricela Lara of San Antonio, Tx.; daughter, Jo-Shuabel DOrsogna of San Antonio, Tx.; son, Joel Theodore Lara of San Antonio; brothers, Raymundo Lara wife, Lucy Ruben Lara wife, Yolanda, all of Uvalde, Tx. Jesse Lara wife, Clarissa of San Antonio, Tx.; 1 grandchild, Jo-Sylln D'Orsogna, of San Antonio, Tx.; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Eloisa Lara; brother, Johnny Lara nephews, Ruben Lara, Jr. Jaime Chavez.

A rosary will be held on Tuesday at 7:00 pm at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2007 at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Gerry Chavez; Joel Lara; Jose DOrsogna; George Pena; Ruben Lara, Sr. Martin De La Garza.

Arrangements are by Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
