Jordan Gallegos, Sr.

Mr. Jordan Conrad Gallegos, Sr. of Uvalde passed away May 8, 2007 at Santa Rosa Christus Hospital in San Antonio at the age of 53.

He was born January 23, 1954 in Los Angeles, California to Benito Margaret Gallegos.

He married Marta Martinez in Uvalde, Tx. on January 23, 1982.

He is survived by his wife, Marta of Uvalde; son, Jordan Conrad Gallegos, Jr. of Uvalde; sisters, Marilyn Carter husband, Danny of Elmonte, Ca.; Pamela Ferrez husband, Tony of Hanfort, Ca.; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Walter Ramirez; sister, Valerie LuLu Williams; father-in-law, Felipe S. Martinez.

A rosary will be held on Wednesday Thursday at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Chapel in Uvalde at 7:00 pm.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 11, 2007 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Uvalde at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jordan C. Gallegos, Jr.; Michael C. Martinez; CiprianoMico Martinez; Enrique Nino Martinez; Freddy Castillo; Crispin Buck Reyna, II; Juan Hernandez Enrique Ricky Hernandez. Honorary pallbearer is Wally Ramirez.

Arrangements are by Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
