Joe Emery Parker, 92, of Sabinal, passed away on January 8, 2026, at his residence.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary in Sabinal.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
