Jimmy Sellars
February 23, 1946 — May 31, 2021
Jimmy “Pete” Maurice Sellars of San Antonio, formerly of Utopia, passed away on May 31, 2021 at the age of 75. He was born on February 23, 1946 in Sabinal, Texas to Lee Sellars and Thelma Jewell Braddock.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Robertson Sellars of San Antonio; brothers, O’Dell Sellars of Camp Wood, Texas, and Cecil Sellars of Boerne, Texas; stepdaughter, Tammy Dougherty of San Antonio; stepson, Bob Morrow of San Antonio; and grandchildren, Haden Dougherty, Jackson Morrow and Kate Morrow all of San Antonio.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Chester Sellars.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 4, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary in Sabinal. Interment will follow at Vanderpool Cemetery in Vanderpool, Texas
