Jesus Alberto Vega, Jr., of Uvalde, was born and passed away on December 31, 2025, at University Hospital in San Antonio.

He is survived by his parents, Lita (Hernandez) and Jesus Alberto Vega both of Uvalde; maternal grandparents, Janie Lopez and Luis Hernandez both of Uvalde; paternal grandparents, Elida Ortega Vega of Uvalde and Jesus Jose Vega of San Antonio; maternal great grandmother, Santa Hernandez of Uvalde; grandfather, Kenneth Dwayne Sinclair of Uvalde; maternal great grandfather, Isidro Lopez of Uvalde; two aunts, Catherine Vivian Thomas and Kendra Aguilar both of Uvalde; two uncles, Peter Hernandez and Luis Hernandez, III both of Uvalde. God parents Omar Medina and Selena Nicole Ruiz..

He is preceded in death by his maternal great grandmother, Janie C. Lopez, and cousin, Gabriel Peter Moomaw Hernandez.

Cremation is under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
