Jane L. Franke of Uvalde passed away on March 4, 2010 in San Antonio at the age of 87. She was born on July 10, 1922 in Syracuse, NY to Arthur and Cynthia Milk Lewis. She is survived by three sons, Lewis, Walter, and Brian Franke all of Uvalde a daughter, Cynthia Price husband, Curly of Seguin three grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents husband, Sidney S. Franke and a sister, Ruth Hamilton. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the RushingEstesKnowles Chapel with burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.
