Ira Fowler

alignjustifyIra William Bill Fowler of Uvalde passed away on July 4, 2007 at his residence at the age of 76. He was born in Clyde, TX on November 28, 1930 to Ira Ervin and Mable Fowler. He married Cora Ann Howard in Uvalde on June 18, 1955. He is survived by his wife of 52 years; sons, Kirby Fowler and wife, Mary; Chris Fowler and wife, Sharon; and Rob Fowler and wife, Landra all of Uvalde; and a daughter, Renee Hart and husband, Shannon of Campbell, California; nine grandchildren, Jeni, Bethany, Hillary, Heidi, Christian, Mabel, and Macey Fowler; and Grace Ann and Myles William Hart. He was preceded in death by a son, Ira Ervin Fowler. Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 6, 2007, at 10:00 AM in Uvalde Cemetery. Mr. Ted McElroy will officiate. Memorial donations may be made to the Uvalde Chrysalis Community co 1st United Methodist Church, 301 N. High St., Uvalde, TX 78801; Knippa Church of Christ, Knippa, TX 78870; or to the charity of ones choice. Arrangements are by Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
