Gilbert Williams
June 24, 1920 — January 22, 2015
Gilbert Leroy Williams of Uvalde passed away on January 22, 2015 at his residence at the age of 94. He was born in Weston, Maine on June 24, 1920 to Floyd Williams and Leola Malone Williams. He is survived by three daughters, Janette Rose of Denver, CO; Elaine Muchow of Bastrop, TX; and Lillian Sontag of Reston, Virginia; brother, Foster Williams of Maine; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Vickie Williams, and daughter, Anna Williams. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 25, 2015 at 3:00 PM at Quail Springs Hall. Cremation was under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
