Francisco Javier Puente, Jr. of Uvalde passed away on September 25, 2017 at his residence at the age of 35. He was born on July 6, 1982 in McAllen to Francisco Javier and Maria Olga (Balderas) Puente.
He is survived by his son, Francisco Rodriguez of Uvalde; brothers, Greg Puente of Uvalde, Lupe Balderas of Houston, Nicolas Puente of Anchorage, Alaska and numerous aunts, uncles, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A rosary will be held on Friday, October 6, 2017 and Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
Cremation is under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
