Francisco Canales

Mr. Francisco Frank B. Canales of Uvalde passed away April 22, 2007 in Uvalde Healthcare Rehab Center at the age of 72.

He was born October 10, 1934 in Uvalde to Florencio Guadalupe Canales.

He is survived by his wife, Rosa Canales of Uvalde; daughter, Rosie Ruiz husband, Joe of Uvalde; sons, Arnold Canales wife, Pat Florencio Flo Canales wife, Tanya, all of Uvalde; sisters, Irene Chapa of Uvalde; Elisa Ortegon of Menard; Estella Canales of San Antonio; Elida Garcia of Edinburg; Helen Gutierrez of Batesville; brother, Florencio Canales of San Angelo; 7 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Frankie Canales; sisters, Matilde Canales; Manuela Nehls; Lilia Torralva; Maggie Canales; brothers, Alfonso Canales; Celso Canales; Adolfo Canales; Vicente Canales Jose Canales.

Pallbearers will be Florencio Canales; Donald Lugo; Leroy Garcia; Armando Torres; Johnny Enrique; Joe Torres.

A rosary will be held at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Chapel on Monday and Tuesday at 7:00 PM.

Services will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.

Arrangements are by Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
