David G. Diaz of San Antonio formerly of Uvalde passed away on October 5, 2019 in San Antonio at the age of 59. He was born on September 10, 1960 in Uvalde to Irma Diaz
He is survived by his parents Domingo Cantu Jr. and wife Irma of San Antonio; aunt, Celia H. Castillo of Temple, Texas; and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
A rosary will be held on Sunday, October 13, 2019 and Monday, October 14, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at Rushing Estes Knowles Mortuary in Uvalde. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Uvalde. Interment will follow at the Uvalde Catholic cemetery.
