Claude Allen, Jr.

Mr. Claude McGill Allen, Jr. of Uvalde passed away May 23, 2007 at North Central Baptist Hospital in San Antonio, Tx. at the age of 67.

He was born November 15, 1939 in Uvalde, Tx. to Courtenay Claude Allen, Sr.

He married Carole Buckoviny on August 18, 1959 in Odessa, Tx.

He is survived by his wife, Carole Allen of Uvalde; daughters, Rhonda Ross husband, Mark of Hondo; Carla Allen of San Antonio; Claudia Lacy husband, Steve of Melborne, Florida; sisters, Judy Berry of ConCan Courtenay Schwandner husband, Carl of Alpine, Arizona; four grandchildren, Dena Yeager husband, Chris Kraft; Megan McCaleb; Brenna McCaleb Jenna Lacy; two great grandchildren, Dylan Kraft Joey Kraft; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Christy Yeager; parents and grandparents, W.A. Julia Allen.

Pall Bearers will be; Carl Schwandner, W.D. Sutherland, Bobby Perkins, Lee Schmerhorn, Richard Conroy, Frand Juarez, Bobby Buckoviny. Honoary Pall Bearers are Lewis B. Allen, Billy Allen, Hollis Landon,Dan Haby, Kenneth Haby, Lee Roy Muecke, Claudie Berry, Chip Berry, William Risienger, Casey Allen, Robert Allen, Joel Allen, and all employees from Kwik Kar Oil Change

Services will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2007 at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Chapel in Uvalde at 4:00 pm. Interment will follow in Uvalde Cemetery. Rev. Tony Gruben will officiate.
