Cindy was born in San Antonio, TX on September 25,1963 to Elizabeth Ann "Pepper" Kinzer and James Ray Maner.

In high school Cindy was active in sports, playing tennis and running track but truly cherished her years as a cheerleader. She married her husband David Dwayne Jacobs on December 01, 1984. Married for 41 years she enjoyed going dancing, BBQing and spending time with her two children: daughter, Jennifer Ann Klaus, son David Taylor Jacobs, her grandchildren, Ava Grace Klaus, Olivia Rose Klaus and Savior Sanchez as well as her dogs Molly, Maggie, Marco, Tyke and Tiny. Cindy's husband, children, grandchildren and dogs were her greatest joys in life. Cindy worked for Edward Jones as a Branch Office Administrator for 32 years. It was another place she called home; she loved her job and loved her customers.

Cindy was known and will be remembered as a beautiful person both inside and out. A loving wife and the best mom and "maw" her children and grandchildren could ask for. A true angel on earth and now in Heaven. She will be missed.

She is survived by her husband David Dwayne Jacobs, daughter Jennifer Ann Klaus, son David Taylor Jacobs (Megan), sister Arlene Nanney (Les), sister Ginger Jones (David), stepfather Dr. Richard (Dick) Evans Kinzer and her grandchildren, Ava Grace Klaus, Olivia Rose Klaus and Savior Sanchez.
