Charles Gallaway

Charles H. Gallaway of Uvalde passed away on May 11, 2007 in Uvalde Memorial Hospital at the age of 83. He was born on January 29, 1924 in Uvalde, TX to Dade and Anna Belle Gallaway. He is survived by his wife, Lou Gallaway of Uvalde; daughter, Sharon Beal of Dallas; son, Don Gallaway of San Antonio; sister, Virginia Lilley of Franklin, TX; brothers, Clarence and Jimmy Gallaway both of Uvalde; 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a grandson, Slone Ballard. Graveside services will be held on Monday, May 14, 2007 at 2:00 PM in Hillcrest Cemetery. Rev. Tony Gruben will officiate.
