Carol Spring

Carol Jordan Spring, born March 2, 1951, passed away at home with close friends and family at her side on March 27, 2019. She is preceded in death by husband, Robert Kipton Spring, father, David Nealand Jordan, mother, Peggy Hooks Jordan, and grandchild, Dustin Fischler. Carol is survived by dearest friend Jason Ross; children, Troy (Shelia) Spring of Smithville and Tish (Tony) Sauerhoff of New Orleans; grandchildren, Trevor Spring, Devin Sauerhoff, Adam Davies, and Brittany Fischler; sister, Candy (Clint) Rogers; brother, David (Linda) Jordan; nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren. Carol suffered much pain after becoming a widow at the age of 25. She will be remembered as a mother who loved her children more than anything in this world and a free spirit always searching for and sometimes finding happiness. She was artistic, loved to dance, and never lost faith in God. While she will be missed on this earth, may she be welcomed into heaven by her husband. Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 30, 2019, 1 p.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery in Uvalde, Texas. Rev. Steve Peyton will officiate.  https://www.rekfunerals.com/
