Billy Joe Foutz

Billy Joe Foutz, 78, of Batesville, Texas passed away on September 2, 2025, at University Hospital in San Antonio, Texas.

He was born on November 1, 1946, in Uvalde, Texas to Dorothy Ivy (Blackman).

He is survived by four daughters, Kelly Jo Pargas of Wichita, Kansas, Crystal Lynn Foutz of Houston, Amanda Foutz of Aransas Pass, Shyla Foutz of Clyde; eight sons, Brent Foutz of Van Horn, Billy Ray Foutz of Portland, Hunter Foutz of Batesville, Joaquin Foutz of Tennessee, Faite Foutz of Clyde, Todd Foutz of Uvalde, James Foutz of Aransas Pass, and Billy Joe Foutz Jr. of Clyde; sister, Margie Lee Everett of Locust Grove, Arkansas; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother; stepfather, Les Traxler; and brother, John “Bubba” Foutz.

Cremation is under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
