Avery Cheyanne Mejia of Sinton, Tx. passed away June 26, 2007 in Corpus Christi at the age of 7 weeks.

She was born May 4, 2007 in Corpus Christi, Tx. to Jose B. Mejia Nichole Smith.

She is survived by her parents, Nichole Smith Jose B. Mejia of Sinton, Tx.; maternal grandparents, Paul Blanche Allen of Abilene, Tx.; paternal grandparents, Diane Victor Carreon of Uvalde; Jose Rose Mejia of Freeport, Tx.; maternal great-grandparents, Marion Lee McClintoc of Abilene; maternal great-grandmother, Cora Smith of La Pryor, Tx.; paternal great-grandparents, Mario Berta Ramos of Uvalde; Arnoldo Gloria Barrios of La Pryor; sister, Joselyn Mejia of Sinton, Tx.; numerous aunts uncles. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, David Lee Smith.

A rosary will be held on Thursday at 7:00 pm at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary in Uvalde, Tx.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, June 29, 2007 at 11:00 am in Hillcrest Cemetery.

Arrangements are by Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
