Aristeo Cano

Aristeo Cervantez Cano of Uvalde passed away at his residence on October 6, 2017. He was born September 2, 1930 in Piedras Negras to Encarnacion Cano and Seferina (Cervantez). He married Maria Vasquez Macias in Piedras Negras.
Mr. Cano is survived by four daughters, Rosa Maria Hernandez and husband, Martin, Maria Alicia Ruiz, Maria Yolanda Lira and husband, Domingo and Alma Patricia Casarez all of Uvalde; two sons, Juan Rolando Cano and Adolfo Cano both of Uvalde; one brother, Jose Cano Cervantez of Piedras Negras; numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his wife; parents; son, Jose Cano; sisters, Paula Cano Cervantes and Sara Cano Cervantez and brother, Eloy Cano Cervantes.
A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow at a later date.
