Tony B. Alejandro Jr. “El Tigere”, 63, of Sabinal, Texas, passed away surrounded by the love of his family.

He was born on June 10, 1961 in Uvalde, Texas to Herminia (Borrego) and Antonio P. Alejandro Sr.

TB leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and a deep appreciation for the simple pleasures in life. He was known for his adventurous spirit and a man of strong character. He had a passion for fishing, dancing, singing, a fan of the Dallas Cowboys, and being part of the family 1st & 2nd generation men’s softball team “Sabinal Tigers”.

He dedicated 49 years to being a carpenter with multiple skill traits, always finding time to share his passion for his work with his family, friends, and the construction crew of his father & brothers. As it has been shared from others he was the best carpenter and cabinet craftsman known in the surrounding area. He started his career early at the age of 12, as soon as he could hold a hammer.

He is survived by his beloved Father Antonio P. Alejandro Sr. of Sabinal; his loving children three daughters, Valerie Ann Gomez of Uvalde, September Rose and husband, Matt Tuttle of North Carolina, Stacey Alejandro of Ozona; four sons, Tony Alejandro III and wife, Brittany of Summerville, Andrew Alejandro and wife, April of Sabinal, Adan Alejandro of New Braunfels, and Aedyn Martinez of D’Hanis; four sisters, Rosa Flores and Margarita Flores, both of Uvalde, Janie Alejandro of Sabinal, Minita Martin of Temple; five brothers, Aniseto Alejandro Sr., Ernesto Alejandro, Anthony Lee Alejandro and Albert Alejandro all of Sabinal, Armando Alejandro of D’Hanis; 14 grandchildren, John Andrew Cardenas III, Diego Cardenas, Jeremiah Cardenas, Gracelyn Tuttle, Alexi Alejandro, Capri Alejandro, Chance Alejandro, Brian Alejandro, Luke Alejandro,

Jacob Alejandro, Isaiah Alejandro, Nadia Alejandro, Nyla Martinez, Naleyda Martinez, and awaiting new Baby Alejandro; 1 great grandchildren, Josiah Cardenas and awaiting new Baby Cardenas; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Herminia B. Alejandro; grandparents Juanita (Guevara) and Aniseto Borrego, Fransisca (Pina) and Ernesto Alejandro Sr.; two aunts, Diamantina Gomez and Odalia Esparza; two uncles, Baltazar Borrego and Meliton Borrego Sr.

“El Tigere” will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His legacy of love, accepting of all, assisting others, and his spirited “grito” will continue to inspire us.

Pallbearers will be John Andrew Cardenas III, Diego Cardenas, Brian Alejandro, Adan Alejandro, Tony Alejandro III, Andrew Alejandro, Aedyn Martinez, Derrick Martin.
